Mom-to-be Selma Blair kept it casual while out in West Hollywood, California today, showing off her bump in a cream-colored blouse and cargo pants (March 3). Expecting her first child this summer, Selma has been looking just beautiful throughout her pregnancy.
After grabbing a drink to go at Urth Cafe the 38-year-old Hellboy star stopped to chat with a friend she met along the way.
