Congrats! Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey won Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively, for NBC's comedy series "30 Rock" on 2008 Primetime Emmys Awards at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles last night.

"I thank my parents for somehow raising me to have confidence that is disproportionate with my looks and abilities. Well done. That is what all parents should do," said Fey who also won outstanding comedy writing and comedy series Emmys when accepting her first trophy.
